The aim was to compare performance by studying, among others, attack by microorganisms, crack formation and material deformation.<a href=\"https:\/\/organowood.com\/tralltest-altan-test-bast-i-test-virke-hallbart-virke\/\"> The test<\/a> indicates good sustainability in exposed environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rot protection<\/strong><br>Timber from OrganoWood<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> has well-documented rot protection, tested in the Rot protection test SS-EN 113. For natural sustainability according to SS-EN 350, OrganoWood<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> received class 1 i.e. highest sustainability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Solar reflectance Index (SRI)<\/strong><br>The so-called \u201cCool Roof\u201d technology strives for a high <a href=\"https:\/\/organowood.com\/en\/inspiration\/sri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SRI value<\/a>, to keep heat transfer to buildings low and with that save costs related to cooling requirements. In addition it reduces the risk of creating urban heat islands. Light reflection and storage capacity are weighed together to a value on a scale 0-100.
